XI ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND INNOVATION FORUM OF THE PACIFIC ALLIANCE
LAB4+ with ETM Day
20 - 23 November, 2024 Parque Bicentenario, Vitacura, Chile.
The Technical Group of Promotion Agencies of the Pacific Alliance, composed of ProChile, ProColombia, Mexico´s Secretariat of Economy and PromPeru, will hold the XI Entrepreneurship and Innovation Forum, LAB4+, which will be held between the 20 and 23 November in person.
This iconic event is aimed at the export of services based on technology and innovation, and will be a meeting point between entrepreneurs, investors, buyers and exporters of the productive chain of industries 4.0 of the countries of the bloc, and third markets. LAB4+ seeks to position the Pacific Alliance as a regional integration bloc that promotes entrepreneurship, innovation and trade in services among its members, as well as exploring trade opportunities with third markets.
The Forum includes Business Matchmaking where more than 100 companies, including exporters from Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru, and importers from countries of the Pacific Alliance and prioritized markets, will hold business meetings. Additionally, there will be academic conferences and a day of Pitch Sessions between investors from the innovative ecosystem of the countries from the AP trading bloc and European and North American observer markets, interested in the services and technological innovations of the countries in the Pacific Alliance.

ETM is a non-profit corporation that connects entrepreneurs and startups with leaders from the corporate world, to promote the economic and social development of Chile and Latin America. They are the organizers of the ETMDay event, the largest innovation meeting in the region that takes place annually in Santiago, Chile, which is why ProChile has decided to hold LAB4+ 2024 in the context of this event.

Dynamics of the Meetings for the Pitch Sessions
The Pitch Sessions aim to generate effective business meetings between potencial investors and Pacific Alliance startups.
The scheduled sessions will be held on the afternoon of Thursday, 21st November. Entrepreneurs will hold a 5-minute pitch, plus 3 minutes for questions and 2 minutes for change, in which startups will show their offer to investors according to the sectors prioritized for this activity. Then we will have a space for interest scheduling, where the investor will request an appointment of 8 minutes plus 2 minutes of change the next day, 22nd November, in a Networking space. At the end of the appointment the investor must close by answering the interest survey.
Dynamics of the Meetings for the Business Networking Event
The business networking event aims to generate effective face-to-face business meetings between international importers and exporters of the Pacific Alliance.
During Friday, 22nd November, scheduled appointments will be held where representatives of the business will hold one-on-one meetings of 25 minutes (+5 minutes of change). The exporter will show its offer to the importer according to the sectors prioritized for this commercial activity and at the end of the appointment, the importer will have to close the meeting by answering a business expectations survey.

- Investors must be interested in technological services in the region and must meet one of the following profiles:
- Investor or Multipliers: Correspond to Business Accelerators, Acceleration Programs, Softlanding Programs, Innovation Hubs or Centers, Open Innovation Agencies, Technology Centers or Technology Parks.
Early Stage Investment Funds or Venture Capital pre-series A and up.

Participation / Selection Process
To participate you must complete the following steps:
Registro:
Access the registration page of the XI Entrepreneurship and Innovation Forum of the Pacific Alliance and complete all the fields on the registration form. Once completed, you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail of your registration. .
Admission:
The promotion entities will validate your company's profile, according to the country of origin and/or who has invited you (ProChile, ProColombia, Secretariat of Economy of Mexico and PromPerú), in accordance with their established admission policies. Once the validation is completed, the status of your registration will be notified by e-mail.
SchedulingAgendamiento:
According to the published schedule, once the companies have been accepted, the agenda will be opened. To access, you will need to log in with your username and password. Within the platform, in the "My Connections" section, you can browse the list of your potential trading partner and request business meetings based on the availability of the agenda. Meetings will be accepted or rejected according to the business interests of both parties.
In the "Schedule" option, you can see your agenda. In the "My Connections" section you can request meetings, and in the "Inbox: Received Requests" section you can respond to requests.
Note: It is important that scheduling meetings with companies from the same country will not be allowed. Any appointments scheduled with companies from the same country will be automatically canceled. .
Enrollment statuses
Pre-registered
If you have partially completed the registration form, you must save the registration as "Draft" on the platform. It is necessary to complete the entire registration to be “Registered”.
Registered
If you have successfully completed the registration form, your company will enter on the validation process by the promoting entity that invited you. It will be accepted according to the admission policies.
Accepted
The company has met the requirements to participate in the Business Matchmaking session and has been selected by one of the organizing countries according to the availability of slots per country.
Not Accepted
The company does not meet the requirements to participate in the activity according to the admission policies or the availability of places by country.
Confirmed
The company has complied with the minimum number of confirmed appointments in its agenda (minimum 6 appointments), which guarantees its participation quota within the activity, accessing the different benefits mentioned above.
Cancelled
The company has requested to cancel its participation in the event.
